Alerts

When the Alerts tab is selected, you will see a summary and detailed list of all open alerts for the location. Each alert entry helps you quickly identify and act on issues that require attention.

1. Tab Selection: Alerts

Highlights that the Alerts tab is currently active. The number displayed next to "Alerts" indicates the total count of open alerts for this location, allowing you to gauge alert volume at a glance.

2. Alert Search Bar

Enables you to quickly filter alerts by entering keywords, alert types, or alert text. This makes it easy to locate specific alerts from the list.

3. Alert Details

Each alert entry is organized to provide clear, actionable information:

1. Avatar Icon

Shows a red avatar with an exclamation mark, signaling alerts that require immediate attention.

2. Alert Type

Describes the type of the alert (e.g., High Image Count, Temperature, Product Stock Level).

3. Alert Text

Detail description of alert which added in our portal.

4. Alert Age

Indicates how long the alert has been active, helping you prioritize responses.

5. Alert Actions

The three-dot menu on the right of each alert entry provides options such as closing the alert or adding alert notes.

This structure ensures you can efficiently view, search, and manage all alerts for a location.
